Enjoy patio season at Scarlet Kitchen & Bar! Our patio is now open for outdoor dining, cocktails, and riverfront views. Patio seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and we do not accept reservations for the patio. Reservations are available for indoor dining.
Corey Dufour has a seasoned history in restaurants and hospitality from early childhood beginnings to Kincaid’s Fish, Chop & Steak House in St. Paul and the Madison Restaurant Group. With an emphasis on sourcing regional ingredients, menu items represent a variety of cuisines and bold flavors. Many guests have expressed enthusiasm for the young Chef’s market features and embrace the enticing dishes as the overall restaurant rating have increased. “I expect the cuisine of Scarlet to continually elevate to higher standards as the years progress,” said Dufour. Short Story:
Inspired by the city of Red Wing, the name and logo are a direct interpretation of the city name. Materials used throughout the space come from the surrounding area from custom tables featuring Red Wing pottery to the leather accents from Red Wing Shoe’s own tannery.
