    • A signed declaration under penalty of perjury from you stating that you are the consumer whose Personal Information is the subject of the request.
  2. Describe your request with sufficient detail to allow us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
An authorized agent may initiate a request on your behalf using the submission methods described above. As part of our verification process, we will require proof concerning their status as an authorized agent, which may include proof of their registration with the California Secretary of State to conduct business in California and/or proof that they have power of attorney in accordance with California probate law. We may also require you to verify your identity directly with us or directly confirm with us that you provided the agent with permission to submit the request.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity (or an agent’s authority to make the request) and confirm the Personal Information relates to you.
Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us.
We will only use Personal Information provided in a request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

Our Response And Its Format

We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time, up to forty-five (45) additional days (or ninety (90) days total), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
We will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.
Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt date. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your Personal Information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information to another entity without hindrance.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA. Specifically, unless permitted by law, we will not:
  • Deny you goods or services;
  • Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties;
  • Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services; or
  • Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.

Your Personal Information “Sales” Opt-Out And Opt-In Rights

Under the CCPA, some of the Personal Information disclosures described above may be considered a “sale.” If you are a California resident who is 16 years of age or older, you have the right to direct us to not “sell” your Personal Information at any time.
