Meet Our Pastry Chef
Pastry Chef, Amy Zerwas always knew what her future held. From working with her easy bake oven as a child to completing her A.A.S in the culinary arts, she found a passion for pastries early in her career. Flavors and textures are what make her desserts stand out, not complex techniques or culinary sleight of hand. She is a perfectionist, unafraid to speak her mind and let her personal style shine. Amy credits much of her success to the strong, talented women who have mentored and inspired her through the years; especially Chef Jo Garrison, Chef Jessica Becker, and Chef Jametta Raspberry. From these accomplished chefs, she learned that her culinary strength lies in her knowledge, drive, talent, and backbone. Amy finds inspiration by taking simple ingredients transforming them into amazing desserts. She makes desserts and pastries for St. James Hotel weddings, restaurants, and specials events.
