Cedar Salmon Pinot Noir is brimming with attractive scents of ripe red fruits and fresh herbal aromas. This Pinot Noir boasts a lush texture with a burst of lively acidity. Ripe red plums and red cherries dominate the smooth palate accented by wild sage.
Jean-Claude Boisset has been selected from old vines with a range of carefully-specified characteristics. Good balance, with tannic support already evident but very subtle.
