Join us in Jimmy’s Pub on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at 6:00pm to sip and savor a bacon-centric four course meal paired with high end bourbons.

Chef Sarah has outdone herself in crafting these elevated courses. Your evening will start with a peanut butter & bacon crostini with sriracha and cilantro followed with an arugula salad with pepper bacon, grilled peaches, boursin cheese topped with a honey-lemon vinaigrette. Next will be a fennel pollen& thyme rubbed porchetta paired with miso-maple glazed roots and brown butter Brussel sprouts. We will finish the evening with Pastry Chef Amy’s flourless chocolate torte with candied bacon and bacon ice cream. Each meal is expertly paired with a bourbon you are sure to enjoy.
